Caldwell Law

Estate Planning and Administration
New Hampshire and Vermont

Estate planning and administration focuses on your life today and tomorrow
and what happens after your death.

How do you want to be cared for if you are unable to communicate? Will someone have to obtain legal guardianship over me? What is probate? What is a living trust? If you need answers to these and other estate planning questions, stay here with us for a few moments.

Lives are rarely static. Things change as life progresses. Our circumstances and attitudes evolve. The laws and tax codes change. Developing a plan and keeping it current is the goal of Caldwell Law's estate planning guide.

Founded in 1994, five years after Tim Caldwell began practicing, Caldwell Law currently employs two lawyers and four estate planning and administration assistants.
